1. Notify the GSOC via the either of the following:

  • Ensure you provide the following information
    • Name
    • Call back number
    • Site Location
    • Room Name/Card reader number
    • Purpose
    • Duration

2. GSOC will reach out to access owner for approval and will update once we receive a response.

Note: Your access request may be denied or revoked per the access owner. To refute such action, engage your Department Manager to submit the request on your behalf.
